Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging and securely place it in a shipping box along with your RA form.
Ship to Ibiza Hair
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
